Wine Gift Basket - Use Your Creativity To Express Your Feelings
Wine gift baskets are the ideal solution to all your gifting problems, no matter what the occasion might be. Although there are many services on the internet that provide you a customized wine gift basket suited for the occasion, nothing can be more touching than a wine gift basket that has been created and designed especially by you.
Often people spend days, weeks and even months looking for that perfect present. If you are one amongst them, than it is time to consider a wine gift basket. Next time you have birthdays, weddings or even corporate parties coming up, you know that the best gift is around. All it needs is your personal touch that adds the feeling you want to convey to the recipient.
If you are unsure about how to get creative with your gift basket, the first thing you should do is to determine the personality and the style of the person you are gifting the basket to. We all know that a basic wine basket would surely include the person's favorite wine - it could be Merlot, Chardonnay or Cabernet.
You can add a few snacks that can accompany the chosen wines like cookies, pretzels, gourmet cheese and wafers, to the basket. Or you could add fruits such as grapes, apples or oranges which really go well with wine. A good idea is to include several different wine bottles such as Opus or Chadonnay with a range of different snacks like olives, mints, pistachio nuts and the likes.
Another great idea is to choose a particular type of wine and have the label include the name of the person you are gifting the basket to. You could design not only the logo but also the label to cater to the taste of the recipient. If you are planning to give the basket as a corporate gift, you can add a few classy wine glasses or pure leather accessories in tune with the occasion.
Or you could consider some special mementos that suit the occasion to your wine gift basket. For the newly married couple you can add a personalized memento or for the sport aficionado you could add a sport memento. Whatever you add to your wine gift basket should be in harmony with the theme or your basket will end up looking like it has been gifted without a thought. Beautiful packaging enhances the beauty of your basket and makes it a gift to be long remembered and cherished.
Summary:
Wine gift baskets are the ideal solution to all your gifting problems, no matter what the occasion might be. Although there are many services on the internet that provide you a customized wine basket suited for the occasion, nothing can be more touching than a gift basket that has been created and designed especially by you.

"Villagiachi" - Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano
Vino Nobile has re-emerged as one of the great wines of Tuscany following tremendous investment by the wineries in rebuilding vineyards and updating production equipment and technology. This has only happened over the last 15 years and prices still remain much lower that those of comparable "big reds" also found in Tuscany and Piedmont. We were very fortunate to acquire this fine example from Pierluigi Giachi. Look for blackberry, nutmeg, and hints of cedar. This wine has excellent style! VNMW99 VNMW99

As a family we like to keep things on a budget so we won’t be making it to any of the really high end places this time around, but we are still going to be eating well. So here are the places on our “hit list” and a short description too, I’ll provide an Internet link for those places that have a web presence as well. Cafe du Monde (http://www.caf

Bar Crudo April Beer Dinner: A delicious adventure This beer dinner came at the tail end of a marathon week of beer events, so it’s no wonder that by the time the week was over I had been lulled into a near-comatose state of blogging laziness by all the good beer and good food. But, this Bar Crudo beer dinner was too great to skip over, even if it is now two weeks later. I arrived on my own, which was my M.O. of the week since I couldn’t find anyone else to go to so many beer events with me,

The peaches squirt, the tomatoes drip, and don’t get me started on the chew of the frisky, wild-yeasted bread. I love eating in California. Whenever I return from the Golden State to my New York five-floor walk-up, I am laden down with the state’s riches.
